• The Inspiration Award for Woman of the Year is awarded to a woman who has had a milestone year, is a respected role model and has made significant contributions to the cable telecommunications industry over the course of her career.

• The Horizon Award for Woman to Watch  is awarded to a woman with a consistent record of success, leadership and job excellence at the middle to senior management level.

• The Mentor Award is presented to a man or woman who has a history of investing in the personal and professional development of individuals within the cable telecommunications industry or someone who consistently supports company or industry mentoring programs.
